基于社交平台谣言抑制策略的SIC1-2R传播模型及仿真研究

SIC1-2R propagation model and simulation research based on rumor suppression strategy of social platform

摘要:摘要: 目的 探究社交平台谣言抑制策略(警告和封号)对于谣言传播的影响及建模仿真分析。 方法 在传统SIR模型基础上引入新的人群类别C(受限者)并定义了动态传播率a1,利用matlab2021a进行仿真,然后对比分析了SIR模型与SIC1-2R模型以及动态传播率的变化情况,最后讨论了模型参数的影响。 结果 结果表明,新模型无知者下降速度趋缓,传播者人数峰值大幅降低;动态传播率先降后升,最后趋于稳定;传播率、警告率、封号率、封号期限及封号起始时间等因素对人数峰值影响较大,而升级率和复阳率对反弹影响较大。 局限 首先,实验数据均为计算机模拟值,而且模型参数大部分根据经验而定;其次,所有新增传播者皆为普通传播者的研究假定与实际情况存在一定差距。 结论 仿真结果验证了社交平台谣言抑制策略的有效性以及新模型构建的合理性。

英文摘要:Abstract: Objective Explore the impact of rumor suppression strategies (warning and banning names) on rumor propagation on social platforms and analyze modeling and simulation.. Methods The results show that the decline rate of ignorance in the new model is slow, and the peak number of disseminators is greatly reduced. The dynamic transmission first decreased, then increased, and finally became stable. The factors such as transmission rate, warning rate, ban rate, ban period and start time have a great influence on the peak number of people, while the upgrade rate and resungization rate have a great influence on the rebound. Results The results show that a total of four combined paths can produce high propagation effect, the overall coverage of all paths is about 46.1%, theoriginal coverage of all paths is higher than the unique coverage, and the consistency level of the overall solution is higher than 0.8. Limitations First of all, the experimental data are computer simulated values, and most of the model parameters are based on experience. Secondly, there is a certain gap between the research assumption that all new communicators are ordinary communicators and the actual situation. Conclusions The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the rumor suppression strategy and the rationality of the new model.
